Raja Petra Kamarudin on Yoga’s Fatwa

The Malaysian famous blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin who has just been released from jail writes an interesting article on Yoga-is-haram controversy. Love to see him again writing a refreshing & critical opinion. And love more to see such critical blogger writes NOT anonymously. I don’t mind at all person who writes a critical, even cynical and insulting, opinion on something including on Islam as far as one is not hiding one’s identity.

Charity Leaders Convicted in Terrorism Financing Trial

A federal jury in Dallas on Monday found an Islamic charity and five men linked to it guilty on all charges in a lengthy case linked to the funneling of over $12 million to the Palestinian group Hamas.

Oh by the way, people outside USA should know that in America the so-called terrorist in Israel-Palestine everlasting conflict is Hamas; not Israel. If you donate for Hamas even a dime, you are a terrorist. Indonesia’s Hizbullah –the freedom fighter under KH Hasyim Asy’ari leadership during 1940s–should be called terrorist under this definition. Hasyim Asy’ari is the grand dad of Abdurrahman “Gus Dur” Wahid, former Indonesia president.
