Ariel Peterpan-Luna Maya Sex Video Could Send Them to Prison
Luna Maya and Nazril Ariel Irham of Peterpan Band are reported to police by Farhat Abbas for indecent act over sex video scandal.

Lawyer and chairman of a local NGO Farhat Abbas reported actress and presenter Luna Maya and Peterpan’s lead vocalist Nazril ‘Ariel’ Irham to the Jakarta Police for their alleged indecent act filmed in sex videos circulating on the web.
Two sex videos of around two and a half and six and half minutes, featuring two people who look like Luna and her partner Ariel, have been doing the rounds in cyberspace since last week.
‘They have to be locked up in prison for violating religious norms and the law,’ Farhat said Monday as quoted by kapanlagi.com. ‘
Farhat reported the two for allegedly violating Article 282 of the Criminal Code on indecency.
Farhat also urged detectives to arrest the person who circulated the videos using the 2008 Law on information and electronic transactions.
Ariel Peterpan–called Peterporn in Twitter–is also allegedly involved in similar sex video tape with another celebrity, Cut Tari, a wife of Yusuf Yohanes Subrata. An allegation that Cut Tari denied.
Meanwhile, Detikcom (10/06/10) quoted an official in Mabes Polri (Police headquarter) Kombes Pol Marwoto as saying that letters have been sent to all parties involved including Ariel Peterpan, Luna Maya and Cut Tari in which they are required to come to Mabes Polri on Tuesday (15/6/10) for questioning as witnesses. Once the evidence upon their involvement in the sex video are confirmed, they will be the suspects and could be imprisoned for six years.
If Undang-undang Pornografi is used against Ariel et al it could send them a whopping 12 years inside the jail.
