Create Table in WordPress Posts
How to Create a Table in WordPress Posts easily without HTML experience.
This tutorial works for self-hosted wordpress blog. For WordPress.com user, you may use the first method only as plugins cannot be installed there.
There are two ways to create table easily in a WordPress posts / articles.
I. Using Microsoft Word
Everbody knows how to write and create table in Microsoft Word .doc file.
- Open Miscrosoft Word
- Create Table and everything you want to put on it
- Copy the table
- Now, login to your WordPress -> Posts -> Add New -> click Visual (NOT HTML)
- Paste the table into WordPress post editor. Done.
II. Using WordPress Table Plugins
- Wp-Table Reloaded Plugins
- Download Wp-Table Reloaded Plugins -> Upload it -> Activate it
- Or just search through your WordPress Admin -> Plugins -> Search WP-Table Reloaded -> Install -> Activate.
- Create and manage tables via “WP-Table Reloaded” in the “Tools” section.
- Include a table by adding the shortcode [table id= /] to your post, page or text widget. See more.

I prefer make table with “Google Docs” . . .its simple
