To create a Facebook Pages is simple.

After login to your Facebook account, open this URL: facebook.com/pages/create.php and just follow further instruction which is self-explanatory.

Facebook Pages, which launched in November 2007, allow local businesses, sports teams, artists, films, brands, public figures, non-profits and other business organizations to have a presence on Facebook.
