Here’s the code to create an email link on your blog:

Change fatihsyuhud@gmail.com with your own email and put the code into your sidebar, footer or wherever you like. You may also change the word “Email Me!” with your own choosing such as “Contact Me” etc
Email Link with an Image
To create an Email or Contact Me link with an Image, copy paste this code:
<a href="mailto:fatihsyuhud@gmail.com">
<img border="0" src="http://sites.google.com/site/farzanesfandiar/Home/contactme.jpg" width="" height=""></a>
It will look like this:
Change the email address and image URL as you like.
