WordPress blogging platform is arguably the most widely used free blog software right now for self-hosted blog. Its openness to outside plugins makes it getting popularity among the coders as well. How to Change a Blogger Template
1. Download the blogger template you like to your computer in xml format.
2. After login to your blogger.com account, click template and then click edit html. Browse the blogger template xml file. Click upload. Save. Done.
