How to Get High Alexa Ranking Easily

If you want to get higher ranking in Alexa, download and install Alexa toolbar here for free (for firefox) and here for Internet Explorer
An interesting tips from Johnchow.com:
Alexa rankings are based on users who have installed the Alexa toolbar onto their browser. If you do not have the toolbar running, you do not affect the rankings of the sites you visit.
… [it's very easty] to cheat the system. Just get a few friends to install the toolbar and have them surf your site everyday. It does not take many people to break into the top 100,000. You can even do it all by yourself by refreshing your site over and over again. Get a dozen friends to do it and you’re break into top 20,000 easily.
I haven’t done the John Chow’s trick yet.

aneh kalo john chow sampe bilang gitu. alexa sendiri yg bilang kalo toolbar mereka tdk memberika efek apa2.
Iya isu yg beredar emang seperti itu,….aku juga ngisntal soalnya

Tapi bener juga sich klo punya toolbar-nya bisa meningkatkan Rank. Saya pernah coba dulu. Dari Rank yg belasan juta bisa turun sampai berjuta-juta gara-gara pasang toolbar-nya.
Memang bener kok alexa bukan murni traffik tapi yang utama karena tool bar itu…
Banyak buktinya yang visitornya kurang dari 50/day bisa dah mendekati 100.000
sementara yang terlambat masang toolbar meskipun traffiknya tinggi masih kalah sama yang tadi

This is a beautiful piece…….no doubt.
Many people are frustrated and will jump at anything they hear can bring them quick ranking. I believe there is no quick to get easy rankings, you have to work hard. I see no reason why you should not be able to share success tips with your fellow country men but many people think every knowledge they have is a money making avenue.
You just keep up with your good writeups.

Ok nampaknya ada benarnya. Kalau diperhatikan contoh botd wordpress.com, banyak blog level bawah punya alexa rank lbh bagus dri blog yg memiliki pengunjung yg rame. Mungkin saja mrka pakai alexa toolbar. Namun sy tidak mengerti mengapa harus ngeblog terlihat seakan ramai wlw sbnrnya sepi. Malu juga kan?
