Independent Team on Bibit Samad and Chandra Hamzah Case

The independent team who will verify legal facts on the case of detained Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) deputies Bibit Samad Rianto and Chandra M Hamzah as per the advice of the four prominent figures invited by President SBY last night are as follows:

Chairman: Presidential Advisory Council member Adnan Buyung Nasution
Deputy: Koesparmono Irsan (former member of the National Human Rights Commission)
Secretary: Denny Indrayana (Presidential special staff for legal affairs)
Members:

  1. Amir Syamsuddin, prof. of University of Indonesia`s school of law (FHUI)
  2. Todung Mulya Lubis (legal practitioner)
  3. Anies Baswedan (rector of Paramadina University)
  4. Hikmahanto Juwana (prof. of FHUI)
  5. Komaruddin Hidayat (rector of the Jakarta State Islamic University (UIN).

Wow, interesting !

I hope it will be solid team to proces that problem.
But, in this situation i can’t follow KPK or Polri.
Because, i also feel understand and will be netral in this problem.
