PO Box 9949 Jakarta 10000 is the postal address which will deliver your complaint letter directly to President SBY with codename GM stands for Ganyang Mafia (Eliminate Mafia)
Sby says if you have been treated unjustly by any law enforcement (police, attorney, judge) anywhere in Indonesia you may send your story to the postal address mentioned. You should make your identity clear, it will not be disclosed to anyone. Your clear identity is to make sure that it’s not fraudelent letter.
The question is: do you still trust SBY on this? Who will handle the case once it’s submitted to the PO BOX? Police? Have not the highest rank official just involved in the mafia circle and SBY does nothing about it i.e. fire them or something to that effect?

I think he’s done that before, publishing a certain cellular number to contact in case people are treated badly by public officials. And KPK did the same thing too, they have their own contact number: 08558575575, and an email address: pengaduan@kpk.go.id. I saved them on my phone but never send any complaint to them.
I don’t think Indonesian people take this very seriously. They think it’s like a lip service.Posting a complaint letter won’t necessarily solve our problem. And I doubt if all the complaints will get equally fast response and solutions.
