Two consecutive explosions in a busy shopping district in an Istanbul suburb have killed at least 15 people and injured 137.

Our heart goes to the victims and we hope the security officials find the perpetrator sooner rather than later. Who did it? As far as Turkey, it’s PKK, a Kurdish separatist movement, which used to be a suspect in such a situation. Another possibility is not ruled out for sure.
