If you have a domain(s) in Rumahweb.com, and a hosting in another webhosting services, you need to change the NS in your domain. For this, you need to go to Rumahweb domain manager, a Cpanel for all of your domains purchased from Rumahweb.com and change the NS setting.

Here’s the step by step tutorial

1. Unlock your domain first. Contact Rumahweb technical support at teknis@rumahweb.com to unlock your domain.
2. If it’s ok, Go to http://domcpanel.rumahweb.com
3. Login with your email and password (if you forget the password, just klik “forgot password”,  a new password will be sent to your email).
4. Domains -> List All Orders or List Last 10 -> your domain(s) will be shown -> click the domain you want to edit. Example. indonesia.com
5. Uncheck “Customer Lock”
6. Click “Modify Name Server”
7. Enter the new NS (Name Server) provided by your hosting provider. Example: ns123.wordpress.com and ns124.wordpress.com (see picture below)
8. Click Submit. Done.
