Twitterfeed.com can automatically Twitter your blog post through your blog-post feed. To make the registration even easier, sign-up through OpenID is available.
So, if you have an account in one of free services that collaborate in OpenID such as Google.com, Technorati.com, Livejournal.com, etc you can use it to register in twitterfeed.com
