FYI: The steps below may undergo some changes in the Paypal tabs. Especially, step no. 3. Be creative and never give up trying. 
How do I cancel an automatic payment I have with a merchant?
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
3. Under Financial Information, click Recurring Payments, Pay List, or Preapprovals List to find your payment.
4. Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
