Video Converter

I need a simple video converter to convert videos I create, mostly to record my baby development / growth. The video converter is needed because by default most digital camera video or handy cam are in AVI format while I want to convert it to FLV. Besides it’s a lot lighter, it is only commonly used in Youtube.com..
