WP Super Cache Plugins

Posted on December 29, 2008

I’ve just installed WP Super Cache in this blog to reduce high server load caused by high traffic. If you run a self-hosted blog and using wordpress blogging platform in a shared-hosting domain, you’d better installed this plugin. Here’s the wp-super-cache is all about:

This plugin generates static html files from your dynamic WordPress blog. After a html file is generated your webserver will serve that file instead of processing the comparatively heavier and more expensive WordPress PHP scripts.

However, because a user’s details are displayed in the comment form after they leave a comment, the plugin will only serve static html files to:

  1. Users who are not logged in.
  2. Users who have not left a comment on your blog.
  3. Or users who have not viewed a password protected post.

If you want to display Adsense on your blog, then your articles should be written in English. Indonesian has not yet officially allowed by Google Adsense
